Livestock Smart Solutions takes the protection of personal data seriously. This policy describes the processing carried out on l2s.expert, in accordance with Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

Data collected

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form:

  • full name (required);
  • telephone number (required);
  • email address (required);
  • farm or organisation name (optional);
  • subject and content of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to answer your enquiry, send you a technical recommendation and manage any commercial relationship that may follow.

Processing is based on your consent, explicitly collected when the form is submitted. You may withdraw it at any time.

Your data is never sold, rented or used for unsolicited advertising.

Recipients and processors

The data is accessible only to authorised staff within L2S.

Email delivery is handled by Resend, a technical provider acting as a data processor. This transfer may involve hosting outside Morocco; it is governed contractually and limited to what is strictly necessary to send the message.

Retention period

Enquiries are kept for three years from the last contact, then deleted. Technical security logs (truncated IP addresses, timestamps) are kept for a maximum of twelve months.

Your rights

Under law 09-08, you have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of data concerning you. You may exercise these rights by writing to Tarik@l2s.expert, providing proof of identity.

You may also refer the matter to the CNDP in the event of difficulty.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no third-party trackers. No consent banner is therefore required.

Strictly anonymous audience measurement is carried out on our own server: we count, per day and per language, the number of page views and clicks on contact buttons (telephone, WhatsApp, email, catalogue). These counters are aggregated at the moment of recording: no IP address, no identifier, no cookie and no individual journey is retained, so it is technically impossible to infer any individual’s behaviour. If your browser sends the “Do Not Track” signal, no measurement takes place.

Fonts are hosted on our own server: no request is made to a third-party service during your visit, and no IP address is transmitted to Google Fonts or an equivalent.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Data submitted through the form is validated and filtered server-side, and access to technical logs is blocked at web-server level.
